If your flight was purchased through a package tour, please contact the Tour Operator or the Agency where you made your reservation.


Changes: date, name, route

You can make the name change, date change or route change, if required by your fare, through the Your Booking section.


Cancellation, reservation and refund requests

You can request the cancellation of your reservation due to serious health reasons or family bereavement through our Call Center.
EGO Airways customer service will evaluate your request in a timely manner: if accepted, it will send you a named voucher to use for new EGO Airways flight bookings.


Operational changes, departure time confirmation, flight cancellations

If the flight you have booked undergoes a change, you will be notified promptly by email or SMS, we recommend that you check the status of your flight at least 48 hours before departure via the Your Bookingsection of the website. To do so, you will need to enter the Reservation Code (PNR) and the Passenger's last name.


It is possible to change the date, route and passenger name of a reservation, changes are always subject to availability and payment of any change fees per passenger, plus the price difference between the original fare and the fare available at the time of change. Changes can be made within 24 hours before departure time. Not all fares allow variations: always remember to read the conditions of the specific fare before purchasing.

IMPORTANT: In the case of bookings that include a return flight, name changes will not be allowed if one of the flights has already been used or has expired.
